If seeing how much these homes are worth makes you curious to know how much yours could fetch on the market, you can use our SmartVal tool to get a property valuation in minutes.

What are the homes featured reality TV shows really worth?

To help value these notorious reality TV homes, we partnered up with property experts Anderson Rose and Chancellors, who provided an estimated value of each home, which range from the humble roots of reality TV in 2000’s Castaway, to the sun-kissed surroundings of Love Island’s Casa Amor.

It’s the USA that comes out on top, with The Bachelor’s Mansion and Temptation Island’s Hawaii hideaway revealed as the costliest properties. However, whilst America might be home to the most valuable, London is also home to three of the top five – with Alan Sugar’s The Apprentice dominating the UK’s priciest reality homes.

With the top five featuring mega-mansions, the top 20 includes homes from some well-known UK reality show favourites, including Love Island, The X-Factor and The Only Way Is Essex.
